Self-deferrals
We do not offer refunds or deferrals. However, if you are unable to attend your registered event, we can provide you with a single-use coupon for 80% off any future registration. This coupon has no expiration date. The remaining 20% acts as a change fee to help cover the overhead and processing fees for both the event you missed and the one for which you are registering. Transfers within the same Series are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
