        Hikes that bring hope.

Mental illness affects 1 out of 4 families in the United States, leaving those who suffer from it and their families searching for answers, cures and treatments that will allow them to experience the simple joy of living.

HIKE for Mental Health’s focus is organizing hikes that fund mental health research (80%) and trail conservation (20%). 100% of the funds raised go to this mission. It is an all-volunteer group.

        Thank you for your support!

HIKE for Mental Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
